Cable box
I don't understand why I should continue with Xfinity, where getting support does not exist. My new cable box power will not shut off. So, I am wasting my money on a system that won't shut off. Call me by the close of the business day, or lose me as a platinum member. [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Thank you for posting your television questions here in our Xfinity Forum @cvnrj70, If you programmed your remote to control your TV, the All Power button will only turn your TV on and off. X1 TV Box must always be powered on to perform regular functions (like software updates and DVR recordings).
