Cable box setup

Trying to set up new cable box and it won't go past loading screen

Thanks for reaching out to us, this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-stb-activation has great information on how to activate Xfinity cable boxes. What I recommend is unplug the cable power cord and coax cable and then plug them back in and go through the process again to activate your Xfinity cable box
