My cable box is broken, how do i get a replacement

Great question @user_yf9f4x! I'm sorry to hear your cable box broke but we are happy to help you with getting a replacement. You can either swap the box out in store at one of our retail locations. Please visit https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers to find your nearest location along with the associated store hours. Or, we can mail a new cable box directly to your home. Which option would you prefer?
