Cable box not set deep enough in the ground
a maintenance
A Xfinity crew just replaced the cable box in my front yard however it does not look like it was buried deep enough in the ground. I've looked at other installations in the area, and the black part of the box is buried in the ground. Who do I contact at Xfinity to have this problem fixed?

Hey there user_kk8z05, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! While we can't guarantee the box can be buried further into the ground as there are often restrictions that can prevent how deep our teams in the field can dig, we can certainly submit a request on our end to look into what can be done! Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll get the ball rolling!
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
