Cable box isn’t working
This is insane. I have wasted four hours on trying to get a cable box to work. This kind of lack of support and continual lack of transparency could be considered illegal. How do I get someone to look at my issue? How can I actually talk to a person?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
