Cable box is black - lightning strike

Had a lightning strike and cable box went black.  Can get internet but no TV activity.   Tried unplugging and plugging back in but box is still black.  

thoughts?  Thanks.

@user_382802 good evening, I hope no one was hurt. does the power light go on? Have you tried a different outlet?

@XfinityDanielC​ it is in a power strip and everything else is powered, changed location with working location.  There are no lights on the box.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
