Cable box hole in ground

Issue: A cable box/pedestal at my property was dug up during recent corrective work. It was left sitting 5-7 inches below grade, with the surrounding dirt loose and not backfilled or compacted. The box has not been properly reset to ground level or secured and has created safety issue. This was weeks ago.  I had a tech come out who said someone would contact me.  Nothing. How do I get information about follow up?
