Cable Box Fell Off House

I cannot find out who can fix this and whether it is my responsibility to replace the service entry box or if Xfinity is responsible.  The box looks very old, probably mid 90's style if I had to guess.  I tried using the chat but could not get any help with this issue since it isn't related to an outage.  Any ideas?

@XfinityBillie​ yes, it is the box on the house.  The door is broken off and the cables are all out in the elements.
