@user_zng2xk Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. We are sorry to hear that the box is giving you some trouble. It sounds like the box needs to be replaced. You can take the box to your nearest Xfinity Store with the power cable and they will get you a new one at no cost. We can also ship a box out to you depending on what is easier for you.
