Cable between utility pole and house.
The wind has come up here in the Puget Sound region and seems to have done something to the cable line between my house and the utility pole across the street. Since I can't find a phone number to talk to anyone and the "helpful" Xfinity Assistant is not, I'm wondering how I contact Comcast to get this resolved before a garbage truck or other large vehicle comes down the street and rips the cable off the pole and/or my house.

Concern moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to actual Comcast employees for assistance.

@an.xfinity.customer You can always call the number[s] on your billing statement. [hint hint 😉] That would be the fastest way.
