Cable and internet issue

For 3 weeks am following up with xfinity to resolve the issue but no one I'd trying to really assist 

They just cone for the sake of ticket assigned to them and lie that they will get back and supervisor will make arrangements 

Where is transparency because we don't get updated on our email. Only thing we can do is keep on reschedule appointment and waste our time waiting for them.  Need some serious urgent action please
