Cable across my lawn that needs to be buried
I have contacted your customer service department at least 7 times to try to get a cable buried that has been across my lawn since January! Every time I speak to someone they tell me they will send out a technician, I have explained that it needs to be your construction department who have the appropriate tools to bury the cable and they reassure me that they know and will send the right team. Five times I have been promised that the cable will be buried on a particular day/time and each time either the technician turns up and goes away again or doesn't turn up at all. I have spoken to the "escalation department" twice and apparently spoken with a supervisor who still insists that they have spoken to the right construction people and it will be resolved but still the cable is across my lawn. I have been lied too every time that I call, staff have promised to call me back and give me updates but nobody calls back, I asked for the last person I spoke too's name and directly line and was given a false number and presumably a false name. I have had no updates or information from Xfinity and every time I call I just get the same answer "we will send out a technician tomorrow". The customer service is completely unacceptable, a live cable should not be laying on my lawn for this long and you should have more respect for your customers, who pay your wages, and get issues resolved!
