BYOD $100 visa virtual gift card for eligible devices

Hello I signed up for xfinity mobile back in march and brought two devices. One was not eligible because it was too old and wouldn’t activate. It was only an iPhone 7 and their verification checker said it would work anyways. Had to get a whole new phone and that was deemed not eligible. Was only set to receive $100 visa virtual gift card for my iphone 11. It says on the incentive tracker that it was swnt to me June 9th by email. It is July 31st, and ive checked every folder in my email. Nowhere to be found and my email storage is clear so where could it be? I have talked and chatted with multiple representatives from xfinity mobile and even contacted the BHN customer service that supplies the gift cards with xfinity and they couldn’t even find me in the system. So back to xfinity and they cant even help me. So if anyone can please help me locate how to receive my $100 visa virtual card please help. Cause i wqs lied to for something that I did my part on, i have had the service for over 90 days now.
