Buyout program
Hi I just switched to xfinity and the rep at xfinity told me if I traded in my phone from Verizon then yall would pay verizon off the remaining balance that I owed. I dont see no where on my account that says they will and I just recieved a bill from Verizon for over thousand of dollars since I took traded in 2 phone's that I still owed money on.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
