Business phone line hacked need help ASAP

Business/land line was hacked through an unauthorized porting on March 27th, I have spent almost all day every day on hold since then or talking to customer service about this, each time I've called I have gotten different answers.  I need to get my phone line back as this is the main source of getting ahold of my business, we get roughly 50-100 calls daily through this line.
