business account

Hello. How can I get a supervisor to call me back about our business account and products we've been paying for and have never been able to use. I have spoken to 5 individuals so far and have to repeat the same problem over and over with no results. When I ask to have a supervisor call me I'm told they will and it never happens. I'm at my wits end. How can I get a supervisor to ball my business about our business account?

@user_of5znr we have limited access to business accounts. Please give our Business partners a call at 855-971-2673 as they have all the tools to assist you with your contract.
