burying cable line underground HELP!!!!!!!!!

I am at week 6 after calling customer support 4 times, cant seem to get my cable line buried.
Every time I call they guarantee it will be done in the next 2 days, they have lied to me 4 times.
Not sure what to do next except end my service. I have had it.
UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to talk to anyone is completely useless, I need to speak with someone higher up.
Your new customer support system is absolutely garbage.
I received a message that the line should be in by the end of July, This is NOT ACCEPTABLE
It is a hazard in my yard that i have been dealing with since May 12th
