Bury Xfinity cable lines

I've made MANY contacts (in store, online) with Xfinity to bury cable lines in my yard for the past ~15 days .  The lines are a safety hazard (tripping, etc).  I was given Work Order numbers, but no response from Xfinity as to when to expect the work to be completed.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
