Bury WiFi cable line BACKYARD

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of action regarding the cable line running across my property. This line was installed over a year ago and was supposed to be buried shortly after installation. Since then, I have submitted numerous requests, made multiple calls, sent countless texts, and have received little to no follow-up.

At this point, this has become unacceptable. The exposed line is a safety hazard, creates issues for yard maintenance, and should have been addressed long ago. I need a firm date for when this line will be buried and the work completed.

If this issue cannot be resolved immediately, please escalate this matter to a supervisor or manager and have them contact me directly. I expect a response and a resolution timeline within 48 hours.

To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
How to Send Us a Direct Message:
1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8.  Press Enter to send it.
