Bury cable

Xfinity laid a cable across my yard to my neighbor's yard 3 months ago.  I have opened multiple tickets and they keep getting closed without getting the cable buried.  My lawn service almost ran it over twice.  How can I get someone to bury the cable?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
