Bury cable

I had someone come to install my Internet 3 months ago but they still haven't come to bury the cable in my yard. I tried th Direct message option but there can't see that option on my profile. what other options do I have ?

Good evening @Ren-crux, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your drop bury request, we appreciate it and are happy to help get your request over to our local team to resolve. Are you able to send us a Direct Message by following these steps:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
