Hello, @user_00bdea! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I know it can be frustrating having that orange line on top of your yard. This process can take up to 14 days after a ticket has been made. This is usually done by the tech that is installing your services or needed to replace your current line. Can you let us know when the tech was out there?
