Trying to get cable line buried. Keep making appointments but no technicians show up. Two missed appointments today alone.

We'll gladly look into this for you and what we can do to get this taken care of. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and address.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press Enter to send it.

@user_p7bbjc - It appears this has been resolved! After confirming an escalation ticket was in place, we monitored the open work orders for several days. And as of this morning, we see a note that the line was officially buried on 8/7, wonderful! If you still have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, feel free to respond to our latest DM in the next day or two.
