Bury cable line
Hello. I had a temporary cable line put up on my condo back in January and was told that it would be buried in April and if not, that I should reach back to have it done in May. I need this done asap because I have my hoa complaining about the hanging wire.

I feel your pain! I have had a cable laying in my yard since another cable company ("Z") cut the Xfinity cable while installing the "Z" cable last fall. I have been speaking with customer (non)service since late March 2026, and am still waiting to have the Xfinity cable reburied. As I am unable to contact anyone above the customer (non)service people, who really have no authority to truly fix problems, but reassure me that XFINITY is working hard to make everything right, it is EXTREMELY frustrating. The customer (non)service folks catch the brunt of customer dissatisfaction as the front-line (invisible) face of XFINITY. I am currently on Day 57 of my back-and-forth communication with customer (non)service. Hang in there kuchart!

Friday, June 5, 2026. Have you had any resolution with your unburied cable? Mine was fixed after more than 60 days of almost daily commenting on the situation. Customer service may say they are working on the problem, but they cannot order contractors to show up on their say so! I had contractors working on the cable in the pouring rain AT MIDNIGHT. I asked for two months of Disney+, or STARZ for compensation for MY two months of aggravation. One can't get blood from a stone! Good luck!
