bury cable line
I have sat on the phone with people n=multiple times for multiple hours and I can get NO help for when my cable wire will be covered! It is infuriating. It has been a full 2 months since we got service and winter is here but we have not heard a word about covering this wire up. Yet my payment get sucked from my account with no problem. How can I get help?
