Bury cable in yard

I have had an orange cable hanging from my fence for over a year.  My wife has cvalled multiple times for someone to come and bury it but it's still there.  I put a ticket in a couple weeks ago and someone came and buried it partially but not very well.  Can you please get someone to come and bury this cable properly?
