Bury an internet line

We need our internet line buried. It was cut by landscapers after an incorrect marking by JULIE and repaired by an Xfinity technician that I physically found in town who agreed to drive out to help us. (After several hours of phone calls and chatbot conversations and promises that someone would come to our house with Xfinity, no one ever arrived after 4 days). The worker I found fixed the line, but we have squirrels who will chew it immediately, so we need it buried ASAP.

user_nkbrvy Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your line getting buried. The work needed to correctly bury one of our lines takes some time. If a work request/appointment is set up, it normally takes 10 to 14 days from when the request was entered to be completed. This is due to a few things: the team that assists with the drop bury requests also helps with emergency repairs based on the nature of that work; it does make having a fixed schedule difficult. Also, during that time, we would work with local officials for planning and permits as well as permissions. All adding to the time needed to complete the work. I apologize if that expectation was not set, but we would not be able to rush or speed up that process, and the work request will be completed as soon as possible.

Has it been more than 14 days since you put in the work request for the line to be buried?
