Burrying of cable line

I have been trying to get my cable line buried that is lying in my yard from the house to the utility pole since June 12, 2026.  They keep scheduling appointments and no one shows up to do the work.  When they say they say they are going to call me they never call back.  They tell me the escalate my ticket my ticket gets closed I have to call they're telling me now I'll call me in the morning you know I'm going to have to call back I'm frustrated I don't know what I have to do to get someone out here to put the line physically underground like it's supposed to be so that my animals or my husband with the lawnmower do not destroy the cable line but if it happens it's going to be my fault and I'm going to have to pay for it to be replaced.
