Buried orange cable line cut in backyard - no internet now

A buried orange line in my backyard was accidentally cut by our sprinkler guy and now we have no internet access.  I opened a ticket back in March 2021 to bury an orange line that was exposed in my side yard and I thought they said it was removed because it was not needed.  I did call Xfinity Support and they said they were sending a technician but I'm afraid it will be the wrong type of tech that does installs and doesn't know about this.

You are welcome and thank you for sending me your concerns and meeting me in a direct message. To start on this for you may I get your name how it appears on the account and the complete address to get started?

I DM'ed my info so hopefully you saw that.  There is direct access with no gate/fence to negotiate to reach the cut line and no dog to worry about.  The cross street right on the corner near my house is School Avenue.  The severed line that affected my internet connection is about 20 feet down in my side yard on the right hand side if you are facing the front of the house.  It is orange and draped across the low retaining wall that separates my yard from my neighbor on the right hand side.
