Buried Cable Line/Technician Charges
I am extremely frustrated and need help.
My cable wasn’t working correctly so had a technician come to my house. He had to run a new cable line to my house because the old line was bad. For some reason, I was charged $100 for this visit. The cable line was not buried and the technician told me someone should come back to bury it.
Fast forward to Friday 7/11, a man comes to
bury the line. Spends 3 hours in my backyard digging a trench and then DOESNT BURY THE LINE and leaves. I get a text from Xfinity saying the job is complete.
I now have someone coming back tomorrow morning. I talked with an agent who said they would waive the charge but just got an email saying that i am being charged another $100 for this.
So I am now out $200, my backyard is a mess, and the job isn’t complete.
I need help getting a refund for the $200 and I still need to get this fixed.
