Buried cable lines on top of gas line, across the center of my lawn

Your techs always do a great job of marking and asking those who bury your lines to bury them next to the fence line on our property when cutting across our property to get to the cable box, BUT whomever comes out to dig, ignores it, cuts through the middle of my lawn and grass, AND digs right above a natural gas line. Today, again, the person who buries the line, cut up my grass, and buried the line above a natural gas line that was later marked by the utility company (811).  Please stop cutting up my personal property, it is not community property, and stop endangering myself and my townhome neighbors by digging over the natural gas line.
