Buried Cable In Yard Outside of Easement

Can someone please help. Our pool contractor is trying to dig and SECO came out and stated that there is a Comcast cable buried in our yard that should not be there as it is buried outside of the easement. We need someone from Xfinity to come out to assess the cable to see if it is live. How do we get to an actual department to help. Multiple calls have not helped. Super frustrating.

Hello @user_sn6xqb Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the buried line. It's our pleasure to help out and have a team help correct the placement of the cable. Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? From there we will help engage the right teams to have the area assessed, and the line moved.

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityPaula We have already done this earlier today to no avail. Is there a direct line or email I can email the information to? The chat and calling in has been unsuccessful. We have had two appointments created and both cancelled in the same day. We explain the situation, they set up an appointment and then it is cancelled a few hours later with a message telling us they cannot help us. So frustrating.
