Bundle Deals

When I signed up for an Xfinity bundle deal (internet, peacock tv) I was asked if I wanted to switch phone carriers and come to Xfinity for that as well. I was told that Xfinity had a promo for 1 free mobile phone line. I took the rep up on her offer and agreed to use Xfinity for their mobile service as well since it was free.

I just received a bill for mobile service despite signing up for a free line. I've called the 888-936-4968 number and was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. I've tried the chat and I was passed around, the last person simply stopped responding. 

I need resolve with this issue right away.

@XfinityRoberto​ Hello. This issue has still not been permanently resolved. I spoke to a member of the corporate team who said they resolved the issue but I was just sent a bill for $41.20
