Bull reduction

My bill has gone up. My wifi gas gotten worse ti the point if full outage. And im getting hit left and right with ads about 5 year price guarantees. Reduce my bill or im dropping you for Mint

I also cant contact anyone because there is no email or phone number?? Like anywhere? Its just this and the chat bit that keeps saying all reps are busy. This is the only way to contact anyone? This is awful
