Bulk Tenant Speed Upgrade
Hello,
My HOA recently signed a bulk contract with Xfinity, which I was completely unaware of until I saw my bill, or lack thereof. I've seen similar questions posted here before but didn't really get the information I need.
I'm trying to upgrade my internet speed but the website just stops working. I can't tell if it's because the Xfinity website is a total mess or if I'm stuck with what I have after this contract.
Am I able to change my plan while a part of this bulk contract? I'd happily pay extra in order to receive faster internet. What if I don't want to be a part of this contract? I haven't signed anything and own the unit.

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
