Bulk contract

“I’m a homeowner in the Lago West HOA in Plantation, Florida. Our community receives Comcast bulk service under a community contract. I am requesting information about the bulk account or income-sharing agreement for Lago West HOA, including the account number, term dates, and billing details.”

Good morning, and thank you for your quick response and for pointing me in the right direction.

Yes, I’ve already contacted my HOA and the management company, but they both stated they do not have a copy of the Comcast Bulk Service Agreement or any related documentation. Since this contract involves approximately $21,600 in annual income to the Association, I’m trying to obtain it directly from Comcast for full transparency and to ensure the terms are being followed correctly.

Could you please advise me on the proper Comcast department or contact that handles HOA bulk service agreements, or let me know the best way to submit a formal records request?

Thank you again for your time and assistance — I truly appreciate your help.

Good morning user_5hep1s

If you could please reach out to us directly, we would be happy to investigate the options. To send a private message to us would be the next step.

To send a Direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears.

We would just need your first/last name in the message, and the service address in question.

user_5hep1s Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Community. I'd be happy to get you in the right direction for getting the information you are looking for. To be honest, the contract may not include all the information you are looking for, but it would have billing details, and what services are included. Usually your HOA will have a copy of the bulk agreement, or if you have a community office. Have you check with them yet?

user_5hep1s You are most welcome, and I'm happy to help! Yes, I can help you get the requested information. To begin, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

I have a question about Bulk service unique to my particular community where Bulk video is provided to both a main building with apartments and 21 outlying cottages.  Xfinity's bulk agreement with my community does not cover internet service from Xfinity.  Therefore, the 21 outlying cottages are required to pay individually for the internet service.  I would like Xfinity to review this particular situation in regards to allowing those outlying cottages to choose NOW Xfinity services.  I am aware of the general restriction Xfinity has that NOW internet standardly is NOT available to bulk service residents....I'm asking if there might be a dispensation from that rule based on the circumstances I'm explaining.

user_6xe2mm I am sorry there is nothing that can be done to add NOW as a bulk account service. Have you contacted the person that is in charge of the bulk account in your community to check what internet options they can offer?
