Bucket Truck and Garbage at my fence

On 7/10/2025 the xfinity worker. He is a black man in a red shirt told some individuals to move the garbage in the alley and put it alongside my fence.  WhereI live the city will charge for garbage anywhere around my home.  I need it resolved. The worker needs to come back and remove what he put along my fence
