Broken water line

Xfinity sent someone to place a cable under the ground that was recently replaced. He broke our water line and is trying to fix it. I would like Xfinity to send a professional repair man/plumber to either repair it or verify that the water line was adequately repaired (the man is still trying to fix the damage as I type this). This needs to be done ASAP. Our house has no water right now, and we have 3 young children. Please right this mistake.
