Broken utility box

I have a damage utility box next to my driveway that has been damage during winter storm this year. I have open a complaint ticket but was closed a day later. Does xfinity support and make repair to this box?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.

I can not find that option to send a direct message. That pencil/icon only show current or past conversation which there are none. No option on either the bottom page to send a direct message.

I was able to find it and sent a direct message, awaiting reply.
