Broken sprinkler

I have a field issue. When they buried the new cable they broke a sprinkler pipe under the driveway. A service tech came out but said he doesn't do pipes only the cable. He relayed info to his supervisor but no one has come back to fix or contacted me and it's been a couple of weeks and my grass is dieing.

I tried to reach customer service via Messanger and it started the chat but never connected me to anyone.
