Broken sprinkler lines

1. I received a text from Xfinity saying I would receive a call when a tech was coming to my house to bury the internet cable. My request specifically stated I needed to be home for that service

2. I never received a call or other notice, until I received a text saying the work was done.

3. The person burying the cable cut through my sprinkler lines, so now I have to do some major repair to the lines they cut. I don't yet have a full assessment of teh damage done.

How do i get Comcast to pay for someone to come out, assess damage, and repair the lines?
