Broken promise
I’m tired of the run around from Xfinity. I was promised a back dated credit which should have totaled over $100 and I got a $15 credit. Meanwhile you can’t get ahold of anyone and they tell you a manager is in a meeting when you do and then they hang up on you. I hate Xfinity, worst company ever.
