Broken external cable box cover

I have been trying to get a broken external cover replaced for 3 weeks.  No one will respond


who do I contact that will actually handle this?

Are you referring to actual Xfinity equipment like an Xfinity cable box or are you referring to outside equipment like an Xfinity yard pedestal or the lock box on the location?

The pedestal.  I’ve taken pictures of it to infinity store and they have no idea what to do.  They report it as internet trouble!

Depending on the Xfinity store location they may or may not have access to get these type of work orders submitted.

 

I'll be happy to get a ticket created to get the pedestal fixed for you.
