broken cord

I had xfinity come and install this cord so my wifi could start working for 100$ and then my landlord hired people to start working on a tree in my yard, they cut the cord outside and now my wifi isn’t working. is there any way you guys can come here and repair the cord for me for free or would it be another 100$?

Hello, @user_zbfuun thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. Working from home myself I completely understand the importance of having your service up and running and would like to help with scheduling a repair visit. That is a great question regarding if there would be a charge associated with the visit. We cover the outside lines from the home to the connection point, there isn't typically a charge associated with that work if outside lines need to get repaired.

I'll be able to check if there would be any charges associated while scheduling the job, since I'll need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
