Broken CATV Cover on Sidewalk

I reported a broken CATV cover to the city months ago and they said they reported it to Xfinity. Nothing has been fixed and I’m worried about damage to our cars or someone walking by getting hurt. How do I get this fixed?

Simply choose the correct category and ticket will be created. I can also open a ticket in your name. To do so, send over a direct message, and we can get this going. 

 

To send a "Direct Message":

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
