Broken Cable Line

A person was repairing my fence and cut through the cable line for my neighbor (that is buried in my yard).  I need someone to come out and fix it.

Just my neighbors.  811 was contacted again (they were used to mark the lines) and he came out and documented it.  My neighbor was in contact with Xfinity and was told it would be later tomorrow afternoon before they could come and repair it.

user_12f572 Thanks for the additional information! Since it's impacting your neighbors service only, then the best course of action would have them contact us directly for the repair which I'm glad to hear they have. That way our local team isn't confused on who needs their services restored.
