Broken Cable Line Laying Across My Yard
I've been trying to get through to Xfinity since yesterday because the city had a tree trimming company out that apparently broke the cable line at the pole on the street so now the line running from my house to the pole is just laying across my yard. Made multiple safety reports. Spoke with 2 representatives. First one said a tech would be out tomorrow. After getting off the phone, got a notification that a tech would be out in 2 days. Called in again, new representative said that tech scheduled for 2 days out is for the inside of my house. I don't need someone inside my house. Then they said that the tech scheduled for outside is 4 days out, followed by saying there's nothing they can do. So I'm just going to be paying for internet I can't use and have to make sure no one gets hurt by their cable line that I had to move off of the road.
