To upgrade your BritBox subscription through Xfinity, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Apps & Subscriptions screen on your Xfinity X1, Xumo Stream Box, or Flex.
Select Change Plan.
Choose a new plan (monthly or annual).
Confirm your selection by clicking Change plan.
Note that when upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount immediately on your Xfinity account. You can manage your subscription directly through your TV Box.
