Bringing back suspended account

I was on the phone for 2 hours yesterday on bringing back an email that got suspended. They said they would call me around 1 PM today, because they approved it coming back. It's now 3 PM.

Been a customer for 30 years!!!!!! Very frustrating, this email is very important that I need access to ASAP.

Please advise.
