Bring your own device and prepaid offers

An agent tried to convince me (over a chat session) that if I transfer phone lines to Xfinity mobile, I would get a $100 gift card for each line and it would cost me $100 for all 3 lines unlimited. He/she made an order for me and it turned out it costs me at least $120 for 4 lines. I felt insecure and tried looking up on Xfinity website about the plans and promotions. It was posted that the BYOD and prepaid card offers ended on June 23. The agent made my order for 4 phone lines on June 17 and did not receive my sim cards by June 23. In that case, am I eligible for the BYOD and prepaid card offers? And how and when will I receive the prepaid card after phone lines activation?
